1. Organiser & scope
These event terms apply to attendance at Schützi Open-Air Fahrwangen on 23–24 July 2027 at the Fahrwangen school grounds, Aescherstrasse 26.
Andreas Kunz is the responsible organiser, supported by Lotto-Club-Fahrwangen / the Open-Air organising team. Contact and correspondence details are provided in the Legal notice.
Ticket purchases are subject to the version referred to before the contract is concluded and agreed to apply. Individual agreements and mandatory law take precedence. A ticket provider's terms apply only to its own services and where validly incorporated.
2. Ticket purchases & services
The festival days, ticket categories and services stated in the specific offer and confirmation are binding. Total costs and any additional services must be clear before the purchase is completed.
Tickets are planned to be available through advance sales and at the door. The prices and sales categories on the home page apply to 2027: Friday-only and youth tickets are available at the door only; Saturday tickets are available in advance or at the door; two-day tickets are available in advance only. Advance sales will be handled through the embedded Ticketcorner.Light shop. Sales begin once all bands are confirmed. You can then book the offers activated by the organiser. Ticket prices, any fees, available payment methods and applicable order terms are displayed in the ticket shop. The ticket provider's terms incorporated there also apply to its services. A calendar entry or general email enquiry is not a ticket booking.
3. Admission & tickets
Entry to paid areas requires a valid ticket for the relevant day or festival weekend. Tickets must be protected against multiple use. If you have questions about validity, please contact the original point of sale.
Rules on re-entry, ticket transfers, lost tickets and any personalisation will be announced with the ticket offer. Until announced, they do not create additional restrictions not stated here.
4. Children & young people
Schützi is an event for all generations. Children under 12 enter free. From their 12th birthday, the youth rate applies to those aged 12–16. Ticket prices for 2027 are listed under Tickets & prices. Any rules on accompanying children will be announced before the event. Statutory youth protection requirements apply regardless.
Parents, guardians and accompanying adults are responsible for supervision. Proof of age may be requested where needed for age-dependent services or youth protection.
5. Respect, safety & weather
We expect everyone to treat each other with respect. Violence, harassment, discrimination and putting others at risk will not be tolerated. Safety instructions from staff and authorities must be followed, and emergency routes must remain clear.
Dangerous objects, weapons and unauthorised pyrotechnics are not permitted on site. Entry may be refused or a person removed if they pose a specific danger or cause serious disruption. Any further claims are governed by law.
The festival takes place outdoors. If there is a danger, for example from severe weather, the programme may be interrupted or the grounds evacuated. Updates will be provided on the website and on site.
6. Programme & stage times
The announced programme and stage times may change for valid reasons, such as an artist's illness or safety concerns. We will announce known changes as soon as possible.
If there are significant changes, we will explain what they mean for existing tickets. Notifying visitors that programme changes are possible does not exclude statutory rights.
Performances at 00:00 belong to the night of the relevant festival day: Friday's midnight performance is on 24 July, and Saturday's is on 25 July 2027.
7. Cancellation, postponement & early termination
If a booked festival day is definitively cancelled, the admission price paid for that day will be refunded. For a weekend ticket, the amount attributable to the cancelled part will be determined. The refund procedure will be explained on the website and through the original point of sale.
If the event is postponed, we will provide information about the new date, the validity of existing tickets and refund options. Publishing a replacement date does not automatically make it a new contractual agreement.
If the event ends early or only takes place in part, claims depend on the services delivered and applicable law. There is no blanket exclusion of all refund claims in cases of force majeure.
The treatment of separately listed services or fees charged by a ticket provider will be specified before purchase. Please retain receipts and tickets until any issue is resolved.
8. If you cannot attend
If you cannot use a ticket for personal reasons, please contact the original point of sale. Whether a voluntary refund, rebooking or transfer is offered depends on the specific ticket offer. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
9. Photos, videos & personality rights
Photos and videos may be taken to report on Schützi. Appropriate information will be provided about the recordings and their use. Buying a ticket or entering the festival does not constitute unlimited consent to the use of individual portraits.
When making your own recordings, you must respect other guests' personality rights and the rights of performing artists. Commercial photography or filming must be agreed with the organiser in advance. Privacy enquiries and concerns about images already published can be sent to info@openair-fahrwangen.ch.
10. Liability
The organiser is liable in accordance with the law. These terms do not limit mandatory liability. Visitors are responsible for looking after their personal belongings; any statutory claim against the organiser remains unaffected.
11. Personal data
Information about personal data processing and how to contact us is provided in the Privacy policy. Embedded advance ticket sales use Ticketcorner.Light / EVENTIM Light. Details are provided in the ticket shop section and in Ticketcorner's privacy policy linked there. Information about any payment providers used at the box office will be provided before payment.
12. Applicable law & version
Swiss law applies, subject to applicable mandatory protective provisions. Mandatory statutory rules on jurisdiction remain unaffected.
Terms for contracts already concluded will not subsequently be changed unilaterally to the detriment of ticket holders. The version incorporated at purchase can be saved and printed.
