WHAT GOES ON
BEHIND THE SCENES.

These areas of responsibility are proposals. The final roles and the people responsible will be agreed with the organising team.

  • Programme & booking

    Look after the bands, coordinate performances and plan the stage schedule.

  • Stage & production

    Coordinate sound, lighting and stage requirements with our production partner.

  • Sponsorship & finances

    Bring partners on board, keep track of the budget and prepare the accounts.

  • Volunteer coordination

    Assign volunteers, arrange shifts and be the volunteer team's point of contact.

    Organise food, drinks, purchasing and the operation of the stalls.

    Coordinate setup, pack-down, equipment, infrastructure, transport and waste disposal.

    Coordinate the safety plan and work with first-aid teams and the relevant authorities.

  • Ticketing & admission

    Organise advance ticket sales, the box office, admission and smooth entry to the festival.
